We are looking for a Front End Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Front End Associate will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting with product selection, handling cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will also be able to answer customer queries, manage bookings, and maintain the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Receiving and confirming walk-in, telephone and online reservations
- Accepting and informing chefs about food and beverage requests
- Operating cash registers and manage payments
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the store
Necessary requirements:
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Great interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Professional and friendly
Knowledge of wine is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
