Customer Service Assistant - Flower Ordering

We are looking for an enthusiastic member of staff to join our floristry team, your role will be to work in our flower ordering room being first point of contact for all our customers.

Responsibilities would include: -

• Assisting customers with orders over the telephone and face to face.
• Assisting with collection of goods purchased and general store enquiries.
• Ensuring a high standard of administration is maintained in line with Company procedures.
• Dealing with customer enquiries and ensuring any issues are dealt with effectively

and efficiently.

• Supporting the Supervisors and team members with the operational requirements of the department.

· Assisting in other areas of the business as and when required

· Assisting customers with Sympathy and general flower orders over the telephone and face to face.

· Assisting with collection of goods purchased and general floral and store enquiries.

• Inflating of balloons

Hours: 40 hours per week (Times: 9:00am to 5:30pm)

Salary: £7.88-£10.50 per hour
