We are looking to expand our team of highly qualified and experienced Neurodiversity Strategy Coaches.
You will provide highly specialist, specifically tailored, one to one strategy coaching which helps our clients address any barriers to their work environment created by their condition. This could include a range of issues, for example, how to deal with concentration difficulties, time management, prioritising workload and creating a suitable work-life balance. Your role is to help our clients to recognise any barriers and support them in developing strategies to overcome them.
A qualification related to neurodiversity is essential, such as dyslexia, as well as in-depth knowledge of neurodiverse conditions. You will also be able to draw from experience when supporting our clients in the work environment and will be educated to degree level (2:2 or above). As you will be working remotely, you are expected to have your own laptop/computer and good internet connection. Working hours vary according to the requirements of our clients.
We require coaches who are currently self-employed and looking for additional work and only the most experienced and qualified applicants will be selected for interview. We are looking for fresh and dynamic people who will bring something exciting to this role. Ongoing training and professional development opportunities are available, and your attendance at (virtual) team meetings is expected.
